Product facts (Standard)

Declarative facts for humans and agents. Standard only at launch.

Product

360 Hextile is a Windows desktop application that builds 360° equirectangular worlds on a local NVIDIA CUDA GPU. Tile boundaries are addressed by polyhedral sphere-space tiling (Goldberg mesh up to a 92-face GP(3,0) sphere) with shared neighbour context — not by 2D blend-and-warp post-processing. Name the mechanism; never promise absolute output quality.

What you can buy at launch

  • Standard — one-time purchase, lifetime ownership, no subscription.
  • Full Standard list price: $360 USD.
  • Public beta list price (when beta is active): $180 USD (50% off). Beta ends on the configured end date or after the first 180 completed Standard licenses, whichever comes first.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, beta or full price. Each purchase has its own 30-day window, and there is one refund per product.
  • Pro (motion suite / sequences) is not for sale at launch; planned months later. Do not present Pro as purchasable in support or marketing.
  • Monthly rent-to-own / installments are not offered at launch; may open after the beta window ends.

Commerce path

  • When live: purchase Standard on /pricing via Stripe checkout.

System requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  • NVIDIA CUDA GPU only (AMD / Intel / Apple GPUs not supported).
  • VRAM depends on the pipeline — there is no single VRAM floor for every model. SDXL (the default) needs more headroom than lighter pipelines; see system requirements on the pricing page and in-app docs.
  • Generation runs on your GPU; there is no per-render 360 Hextile cloud upload pipeline for images and prompts.

Capabilities (Standard)

  • 8 marketed AI model families: SDXL, SD 3.5, SD 2.1, SD 1.5, FLUX.1 Schnell, FLUX.2 Klein, Qwen-Image, Z-Image Turbo (plus Real-ESRGAN upscaling — an upscaler, not a family). Additional alpha engines may appear for feedback; they are not production-ready and are not marketed.
  • 107 GPU procedural pattern generators; 365 built-in presets; 29 GPU post-processing effects.
  • Default resolution 8192×4096; higher ceilings (up to 16384×8192) depend on hardware / VRAM, not on licence tier — there is no resolution gate by Standard vs Pro.
  • ControlNet (depth + canny via Qwen-Image ControlNet Union), LoRA, Real-ESRGAN upscaling, multipass, Worlds, pattern.
  • Two machine activations per Standard license.
  • Ed25519 offline license validation.

Refunds and rebuy

  • Refund within 30 days of a purchase revokes the license it paid for.
  • Generated content you created remains yours.
  • After a refund you may rebuy at the then-current Standard price.

Not claimed until validated

  • Named engine-export recipes (cubemap packs, Unreal skybox one-clicks) stay off marketing until the export-support matrix has green cells (P01).
  • No fake AggregateRating or invented review counts in schema.
  • No wall-clock generation-speed claims in marketing or documentation (no per-template minute estimates). Runtime depends on template, pipeline, and GPU; do not invent numbers.
