Library Lifecycle
Understand Active, Archived, and Trashed states in your render library, plus bulk operations and the 30-day auto-purge
Last updated: 2026-09-12
Every render, sequence, and 360 LoRA output in your library has a lifecycle state. The 4-bucket filter bar lets you organize your work across Active, Archived, and Trashed states — no file left behind, no accidental deletions.
Active
Your working renders — visible in the main library grid. Active renders are searchable, editable, and ready for post-processing or export. This is the default state for every new render and sequence.
Scene
A scene is a library detail you open over Renders — the visible 360 subject while that overlay is in front. It is not a separate lifecycle bucket.
The scene still belongs to an Active, Archived, or Trashed library item. Closing the scene returns you to the library; it does not change the item's bucket.
Batch Watch
Batch Watch is an optional 360 viewer for a 360-LoRA batch. When that feature is enabled, the viewer can follow the current published item as the batch updates. It shows that item's availability only — not the job queue.
If Batch Watch is off or unavailable, this viewer does not run batch generation and does not imply that batch execution is enabled.
Archived
Renders you want to keep but hide from the main view. Archive to declutter without deleting — your files stay on disk and can be restored anytime with a single click.
Use archive for: - Reference renders from completed projects - Intermediate outputs you might need later - Experiments you are not ready to delete
Trash
Deleted renders go to Trash first — nothing is permanently removed without a safety net. From Trash you can restore items or let the 30-day auto-purge handle cleanup.
- Restore returns an item to Active
- Empty Trash permanently deletes all trashed items immediately — including library pools that share trash (renders, sequences, and 360-LoRA outputs when they use the unified trash path)
- 30-day auto-purge runs on startup — any item in Trash for more than 30 days is permanently deleted
Actionable next step: before Empty Trash, switch the filter to Trashed and confirm 360-LoRA history you still need is restored first.
4-Bucket Filter Bar
The filter bar at the top of the library lets you switch between views:
| Bucket | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | All active renders — the default working view |
| Active | Active renders only |
| Archived | Archived renders — your cold storage |
| Trashed | Trashed renders — pending permanent deletion |
Click any bucket to filter the grid instantly. The active bucket is highlighted in brand red.
Bulk Operations
Select multiple renders with the checkbox on each card, then use the selection bar to act on them together:
- Archive — move all selected renders to Archived
- Restore — move archived or trashed renders back to Active
- Trash — move all selected renders to Trash
Bulk operations apply instantly across all selected items. You can undo individual items afterward if needed.
Favorites Integration
Favorited renders appear in a dedicated Favorites section regardless of their lifecycle state. Archiving a favorite keeps it favorited — it will still show in your Favorites view even while hidden from the main grid.
30-Day Auto-Purge
Items in Trash for more than 30 days are permanently deleted on the next application startup. This is automatic — no manual cleanup needed. If you want to clear Trash sooner, use Empty Trash from the bucket menu.
