Telemetry

Telemetry is optional and off unless you tick it. If you opt in with an active license, usage totals land on your 360hextile.com dashboard after you log in — renders, GPU, badges. That dashboard is not public and is not your Gallery profile. We never send prompts or images.

What We Collect

If you opt in, we collect:

• App version, OS version, and GPU model
• Feature usage counts (which tools and pipelines you use)

We do not collect your images, prompts, or file contents. With an active license, the counts are stored against your account so they can appear on your private dashboard. That is not public identity, and it is not your prompts or work.

Crash reports are a separate Settings toggle (Sentry). They are not this usage opt-in.

Where it goes

With an active license, opt-in counts are credited to the license owner and shown on the login-only Your Stats card at 360hextile.com/account. They are not shown on your Gallery profile.

If you opt in without an active license, events may still be stored as unattached counts for aggregate product metrics. They do not fill the account dashboard.

Why We Collect It

Telemetry helps us understand which features are actually used, prioritize bug fixes for the most common workflows, and improve performance on the hardware configurations our users have. Without it, we are guessing.

Opting Out

Telemetry is optional and off unless you tick it. To disable it, go to Settings → Privacy and turn off telemetry. Opt-out is immediate and stops all data collection. You can re-enable it at any time.

Sentry Crash Reporting

Crash reports include stack traces and system information so we can diagnose and fix bugs. No user content — images, prompts, or files — is included in crash reports. Sentry data is retained for 90 days.

Data Privacy

Telemetry is not public. Licensed opt-in data is private to your account dashboard after login. Unlicensed opt-in may still be recorded as unattached counts. Data is never sold or shared with third parties. Telemetry data is used exclusively for improving 360 Hextile.
