How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" section
  3. Click "Request Refund" on your order
  4. Confirm your refund request

Alternatively, email support@360hextile.com with your order ID.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license will be immediately revoked
  • The software will no longer validate on your machines
  • You must uninstall the software from all devices
  • Any generated content you created remains yours

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Purchases made within the last 30 days
  • First-time refund requests (one refund per customer)
  • Any reason - technical issues, changed mind, not as expected

Repeated refund abuse may result in account restrictions or being blocked from future purchases.

Upgrades

If you purchased a Standard license and later upgraded to Pro:

  • Refund requests apply to the upgrade only (not original purchase)
  • Full refunds revert you to Standard license (if within 30 days of upgrade)
  • Original Standard license refund window is based on original purchase date

Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of requesting a refund through us:

  • Your license will be immediately revoked
  • Your account may be permanently banned
  • We may contest fraudulent chargebacks
