How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Navigate to the "Billing" section
- Click "Request Refund" on your order
- Confirm your refund request
Alternatively, email support@360hextile.com with your order ID.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
What Happens After a Refund
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- The software will no longer validate on your machines
- You must uninstall the software from all devices
- Any generated content you created remains yours
Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Purchases made within the last 30 days
- First-time refund requests (one refund per customer)
- Any reason - technical issues, changed mind, not as expected
Repeated refund abuse may result in account restrictions or being blocked from future purchases.
Upgrades
If you purchased a Standard license and later upgraded to Pro:
- Refund requests apply to the upgrade only (not original purchase)
- Full refunds revert you to Standard license (if within 30 days of upgrade)
- Original Standard license refund window is based on original purchase date
Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of requesting a refund through us:
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- Your account may be permanently banned
- We may contest fraudulent chargebacks
