Refund & Beta Policy

1. What the guarantee covers

In short: every purchase you can make on this site, 30 days from the day you bought it, refunded in full to the card you paid with.

The guarantee covers everything we sell. Each purchase carries its own 30-day window, counted from the date of that purchase:

• A Standard licence bought directly, whether you paid the public beta price or the full price.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method.
• Monthly rent-to-own and instalment plans are not offered, so there is nothing to unwind there. If we ever offer one, this page will state its terms before you can buy it.

One refund per product. The guarantee is there so you can try the software without risk, not as a way to use it for free, so refunding a product and buying it again does not hand you a second window on it. You can buy again later if you change your mind — but at whatever the price is on that day, which may be higher than what you originally paid.

2. The public beta offer

In short: Standard is discounted during the public beta. The discount runs through December 31, 2026 at 23:59:59 PT, with no unit cap.

During the public beta, Standard is $180 instead of its full price of $360. It is the same licence, the same software, and the same 30-day guarantee — only the price is different.

Buying at the beta price does not change your rights. The 30-day guarantee is identical, the licence is perpetual, and it is not a trial that expires.

3. How to ask for a refund

In short: four clicks in your account dashboard, or one email if you would rather.

4. How long it takes

In short: we process it immediately; your bank typically shows the funds in 5–10 business days.

• We process the refund immediately when you request it
• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with
• You get an email confirmation when it is done
• Your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to show the funds

5. What happens to your licence

In short: the licence is revoked, but the images you already made stay yours forever.

When a refund goes through, we revoke the licence. In practice that means:

• You can no longer download 360 Hextile from your account
• You can no longer activate it on a new machine
• An installed copy that never reconnects to the internet may keep working. We can't reach it, and we would rather tell you that than imply a switch we don't have. We ask you to uninstall it.

Every image you already generated stays yours. A refund takes back the software, never your work.

6. Chargebacks

In short: ask us first. A chargeback costs you the licence and probably the account.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of asking us for a refund:

• Your licence is revoked immediately
• Your account may be permanently banned
• We contest chargebacks we believe to be fraudulent

None of that needs to happen. Email us — we give refunds without argument, and we would much rather resolve it directly.

7. Taxes

In short: the price you see does not include tax.

Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Where tax is owed, it is your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
