1. How we handle changes
In short: a material change is emailed to account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Nothing changes retroactively.
Legal documents change. When ours do in a way that matters — anything affecting your rights, what you owe us, or what we do with your data — we email account holders at least 14 days before the new version takes effect, and the change is listed on this page with the date it starts.
Anywhere your agreement is recorded against a version, the new version is only required from its effective date onwards. What you already agreed to stays what you agreed to.
Small corrections — a typo, a broken link, a sentence made clearer without changing its meaning — happen as needed and are recorded here too, without the notice period.
