Our Story

Built From Necessity

When the tool you need doesn't exist, you build it yourself.

In 2024, I was deep into production on multiple fulldome projects—immersive 360° experiences designed to transport audiences into entirely new worlds. The vision was clear: use AI diffusion to generate seamless panoramic environments at resolutions that would actually hold up on a 100-foot dome.

The problem? No tool could do it.

I tried everything. Existing 360° generation methods produced visible seams, inconsistent lighting, and artifacts that became glaringly obvious when projected at scale. Traditional rectangular tiling created hard edges that no amount of post-processing could hide. The technology for generating AI-powered 360° panoramas simply didn't exist at the quality level professional immersive work demands.

So I built it.

The Hexagon Breakthrough

The key insight was geometric: hexagonal tiles share edges with six neighbors instead of four, creating natural blending zones that eliminate the harsh seams of rectangular approaches. This became the foundation of 360 Hextile.

Battle-Tested In Production

For over a year, 360 Hextile was used exclusively in-house—refined through real projects, real deadlines, and real 100-foot dome installations. Every edge case discovered, every workflow friction eliminated.
